Be a Blessing

Be a Blessing
Be a Blessing

My next personal commandment is “Be a Blessing”. This one comes from Genesis 12 where God tells Abram that “all of the families of the earth will be blessed through (him)”

This phrase also resonated with me.  I’ve always wanted to contribute to improving any situation of which I am a part.

I want my company to be a blessing in the lives of not only our customers, but also our staff.  I want the lives of my staff to be blessed as a result of being involved with our company.  Even in small situations I keep this commandment in mind.  For instance, when I go to the grocery store I generally bring a cart in from the parking lot to use so that I’m not using one that an employee had to come in and get.

In every situation, I want to be a blessing to others.  It doesn’t always happen.  But I try.

Meet Cathi

I have what most people would consider strange hobbies. Even though I live in a suburb in an HOA, I have a large garden. I also have 18 chickens and an apiary with 10 bee hives.
